Terms and Conditions for Employers

Terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Employer once the Employer registers with Nurse Jobs Europe or accepts a CV or any other document or information by whatever means that may assist to determine a job seeker’s suitability as an employee, on a temporary, permanent, part-time, full-time, or any contract basis.

  1. All information provided to the Employer is strictly confidential and cannot be passed on or released by any means to any other person, company or organisation.
  2. The Employer shall satisfy himself/herself/itself in all respects of the suitability for employment of all workers, introduced by Nurse Jobs Europe. This includes, but is not limited to checking references, qualifications, medical history, conducting any medical tests or examinations and be satisfied that all legal requirements are met before entering a contract of employment.
  3. The Employer will provide appropriate induction for the new employee and appropriate training, supervision and support for the employee for the first three months of the employment contract.
  4. The Employer shall be responsible for acquiring all necessary work permits.
  5. Nurse Jobs Europe shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury that results or may result from the employment of any person following an introduction from Nurse Jobs Europe
  6. Nurse Jobs Europe shall interview each job seeker and introduce the job seeker to the employer in good faith, if it is of the opinion that the candidate meets all or most of the requirements for the job.
  7. The Employer agrees to advise Nurse Jobs Europe immediately, or not later than within 2 working days, of the intention to employ any job seeker who has been introduced by Nurse Jobs Europe.
  8. The Employer shall pay the appropriate fee, within fourteen days of the commencement of employment, to Nurse Jobs Europe. Payment of the fee to Nurse Jobs Europe within fourteen days of commencement of employment is a strict condition of contract and failure to do so excludes any possible future fee refund, if a contract of employment is terminated.
  9. When a jobseeker attends for an interview but is not offered a position immediately but is later employed, Nurse Jobs Europe shall be entitled to charge the Employer the relevant fee.
  10. No refund of the fee shall be considered in cases of illness, maternity leave, redundancy, change of management, change of job description, late fee payment or employment termination that Is not in accordance with any relevant code of practice
  11. Where an Employer introduces a jobseeker, that has been previously introduced to them by Nurse Jobs Europe, to a third party and subsequently the third party employs the jobseeker within 12 months of the date of the Introduction, Nurse Jobs Europe shall be entitled to payment of the fee by the Employer.
  12. The employer agrees to advise Nurse Jobs Europe of the termination of employment within five days of any such termination.
  13. The fee payable by an Employer to Nurse Jobs Europe is agreed from time to time between the employer and Nurse Jobs Europe.
  14. VAT and other taxes that are applicable will be added to the fee charge.
  15. When termination of employment occurs and subject to the restrictions in 10, Nurse Jobs Europe will consider refunding part of the fee based on the elapsed time of employment, as follows,                                    i. 80% of the Fee where the termination occurs within the first month of commencement of employment;                                                                                                                                                                            ii. 50% of the Fee where the termination occurs after one month and before two months after commencement date;                                                                                                                                                     iii. 25% of the Fee where the termination occurs after 2 months and before 3 months after the commencement date;                                                                                                                                                          iv.  10% of the fee where the termination occurs after 3 months and before 4 months
  1. No refund of the fee will be considered after a period of 4 months employment.
  2. When possible, a replacement job seeker may be introduced to the Employer.
  3. If any employee, whose contract of employment has terminated for any reason, enters into any employment with the same employer or any associated company, organisation, institution or individual during a period of one year from the date of commencement, the full fee becomes payable immediately to Nurse Jobs Europe.
  4. Nurse Jobs Europe provides links to certain websites for information only.
  5. The contents of these sites are completely outside the control of Nurse Jobs Europe and Nurse Jobs Europe takes no liability for any loss, damage or offence arising from the use of these sites or by the use of any further links from within these sites.
  6. Without prejudice to any other remedies at law Nurse Jobs Europe reserves the right to cancel all or any part of any order or contract with the Employer if outstanding fee payments are overdue, if the Employer’s business becomes insolvent or a receiver or liquidator is appointed to any business under the control of or associated with the Employer.
  7. All outstanding fees become immediately due for payment in any of the situations outlined in 21.
  8. Other conditions may be agreed from time to time.
  9. Nurse Jobs Europe reserves the right to change any or all terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of Employers to review the terms and conditions and be satisfied at all times with the prevailing terms and conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

 

Terms and Conditions for Job Seekers

  1. Nurse jobs Europe introduces suitable jobseekers to Health Service Providers in Ireland who are seeking employees.
  2. Nurse jobs Europe may provide other services and assistances to jobseekers from time to time.
  3. All recruitment services provided directly by Nurse Jobs Europe are free of charge to job seekers registered with Nurse Jobs Europe.
  4. From time to time Nurse Jobs Europe may provide additional assistance to its registered job seekers e.g. assisting with finding accommodation or helping with NMBI Registration.
  5. There is no financial charge for these services by Nurse Jobs Europe but rent payments or registration fees are outside the control of Nurse Jobs Europe and are the responsibility of the job seeker.
  6. No guarantee of finding a suitable position is offered.
  7. Nurse Jobs Europe cannot guarantee the availability of every job on its website at all times and cannot accept responsibility if a position is filled without the knowledge of Nurse Jobs Europe or if there is any delay in the receipt of up to date information.
  8. Nurse Jobs Europe makes every effort to keep its listings current but will not be responsible for any loss, cost, inconvenience or difficulty caused by any delay in updating the listings, for any reason.
  9. Nurse Jobs Europe provides links to certain websites. The contents of these sites are completely outside the control of Nurse Jobs Europe and no liability for any loss, damage or offence arising from the use of these sites or by the use of any further links from within these sites.
  10. Other conditions may be agreed formally or informally from time to time.
  11. Nurse Jobs Europe reserves the right to change any or all terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of job seekers to review the terms and conditions and be satisfied with the prevailing terms and conditions.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

 

Privacy      

Nurse Jobs Europe uses personal information to provide individuals with opportunities to gain employment with employers, who avail of our recruitment services. Nurse Jobs Europe may share information with contracted organisations only to assist to provide individuals with recruitment services. Nurse Jobs Europe will not knowingly divulge personal information to any persons, companies or organisations involved in any marketing activity. Nurse Jobs Europe takes care to maintain the privacy of all information held but cannot accept responsibility for unlawful access or viewing of information while in electronic transit or while in storage on Nurse Jobs Europe’s or Employers’ computers. Each individual, company or organisation is responsible for the confidentiality of any login or passwords used on Nurse Jobs Europe website. Nurse Jobs Europe accepts no responsibility for any access to information caused by misuse or careless use of login or password data.
